The STAR Programme
Bring one business priority. Build towards AI that delivers on it.
Oorbital’s flagship programme brings your business and technical teams together to turn a valuable workflow into controlled, measurable AI work, with a clear basis for deciding what comes next.
The value
Serve more customers. Release capacity. Bring a new service within reach. STAR starts with an outcome that matters to your business and builds the conditions for AI to contribute to it.
Connect the workflow to a commercial goal and a baseline, so progress can be judged against something that matters.
Bring capability, ownership and oversight together, so deployment decisions can move beyond enthusiasm or uncertainty.
Give the people responsible for the workflow the skills and clarity to run it, review it and improve it.
Understand the value delivered and the work still required, so expansion follows a stronger business case.
Where you join
Identify a workflow worth pursuing and the conditions it needs to succeed.
How we work
Choose work that can contribute to revenue, capacity or service quality, with a result your business can measure.
Give people clear ownership of the work AI takes on and the decisions that remain theirs.
Increase responsibility as the workflow demonstrates it can perform within agreed boundaries.
Develop the people, working practices and operational knowledge to sustain progress beyond the initial engagement.
Select · Trust · Authorise · Run
Choose the opportunity with the clearest business case.
Establish what the workflow needs to perform reliably.
Agree the responsibilities and boundaries for operation.
Move into controlled use when readiness is demonstrated, and measure the result.
The programme is planned around eight months. Scope, milestones and readiness requirements are agreed at the outset. Production begins when the agreed criteria are met.
Who you work with
Bring your business priorities into direct conversation with our founders. STAR combines Oorbital’s control technology with focused delivery support and the knowledge of the people who run your workflow.
Applying
STAR is for organisations ready to commit a business sponsor, a workflow owner and access to the people and systems needed to evaluate the opportunity. You can arrive with an existing agent or a business challenge that still needs defining.
